Multimedia Presentation students had the task of creating their houses in a three-dimensional environment. After sketching every angle of their house, students were then able to add incredible detail to help shape their design in the 3d world. From windows to doorknobs, students worked hard adding appropriate colors, textures and detail to their final designs. Artists: Gabriel Sanders, Christopher Beaudoin and Kevin O’Neil
The Multimedia Presentation class at WMHS was extremely fortunate to have alumni Connor Beebe, Class of 2012, come in and present the work he has done in the field of Industrial Design. A recent graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Class of 2016, Connor explains the steps taken during the evolution of a product. From discovering a problem, brainstorming ideas, and developing prototypes, Connor expresses how countless hours spent researching, sketching and designing truly pays off.

April 7 & 8, 2016
On April 15, 2015 the WHS Visual and Performing Art students presented their talents to grades 1-8 during Visual and Performing Arts Day. VPAD is an annual event when students from middle and elementary school get to see the many courses and activities waiting for them in high school. WHS students were pleased to show off their hard work, display their talent and entertain everyone with their creativity and originality.
VPAD reinforces the positive impact art has on your life and the world you live in.
Students in the Multimedia Presentation classes are finishing up their creation of a website. The students created a professional looking website that is easy to understand and navigate while using Wix.com. Wix uses the most up-to-date HTML5 technology that allows for quick, adjustable options of every aspect when creating a website. The goal was to make a website that included information, pictures and videos that is easy for the viewers to access. Students created websites for local bands, high school clubs/classes, beauty/fashion and personal photography/video work. Along side the desktop version, a mobile version was also created making it a breeze to navigate through the websites on a mobile device.
